Our 5 Step Sales Associate Programme (SAP)
Step 1 Understanding your business:
- The JMB Partnership will review client's current operations, products and markets served.
- Analyse current sales activity, customers and understand capabilities.
- Following consultation a sales strategy will be established and form the basis of the ongoing work schedule.
- Ideas for sales promotion will be generated and clear objectives for the work programme set out.
Step 2 Establish your unique sales database:
- Gather sales and marketing information to build sales and prospect database on The JMB Partnership Ltd Contract Management System. (CMS)
- Set up Clients CMS Database and train relevant staff in use.
Step 3 Research new markets and prospects:
- Target prospects through telemarketing and other qualification techniques
Step 4 Define your sales action plan:
- Initiate sales campaign, developing a plan for contacting potential prospects, driving requests for quotes, sales leads and enquiries.
- Qualify companies to establish target contact details
- Make up those telesales calls to deliver the sales leads
- Refer all sales leads to the designated Sales Colleague for further action and contact.
Step 5 Establish Sales Reports:
- Monthly reports logging sales contact activity.
Establish a suitable process to transfer all enquiries for request to the client. - Regular sales consultation meeting to review work programme.
